Conscious connected breathwork (CCB) is a therapeutic breathing technique that involves breathing in a continuous, circular rhythm, without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This intentional breathing pattern aims to promote self-awareness, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. It's often described as a way to access deeper layers of consciousness and facilitate healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, heal from past trauma, or just feel more present , Conscious Connected Breathwork might be exactly what you need. In a typical breathwork session, you may use deep , full breaths to oxygenate your body and bring awareness to your physical and emotional state. The idea is to go beyond just normal breathing and activate your bodies natural ability to process emotions, release stored tension, regulate your nervous system and even access deeper states of consciousness. Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel appointments free of charge. After this, there is a 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours and 100% charge for no-shows and cancellations on the day.
